It will always be up to your comfortability level. Men - Just underwear. Women - Underwear and Normal Bra with Clasps. This will allow me to work into the mid-back and shoulder without working around big sports bra straps. I will always cover you properly and remain professional.
We’ll do a deep dive into all of your current issues and unpack the layers of underlying restrictions. In my 10 years of experience, everybody could realistically use 2 hour sessions for at least 2x per month - 90 minutes is realistic for change, results, and a top notch experience.
As a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer, I am fully equipped to provide a thorough evaluation of any orthopedic injury and at the very least provide sound professional advice on what your next steps should be. Whether that be an X-ray, MRI, or just a rehab protocol of what to do and what not to do.
Yes, I will push you to a certain limit. It will be somewhat necessary to creating real change in the tissue. Let's be real, the normal feel good massage gives you that feeling for an hour or two, my goal is to create improvement for days and weeks - each session should build on top of the last.
