Performance-Based Bodywork for Busy Adults Who Train Hard and Want to Stay Pain-Free, and Game-Ready —
Consider This Your Body’s Tune-Up and Oil Change

You used to feel strong and athletic. Now your body feels tight, achy, or stuck—and every workout or long day seems to set you back. You’re still training and showing up for life, but guessing your way through pain isn’t working anymore.
I know this firsthand. I was a 3-sport athlete and collegiate basketball player who’s dealt with injuries since I was 14—bulging discs, broken bones, torn ligaments, and back pain so severe I couldn’t sit or stand for more than 10 minutes. That experience is why I learned how to keep a body performing instead of breaking down.
You wake up stiff.
Little aches turn into nagging pains.
Missed workouts pile up because recovery keeps falling to the bottom of the list.
Between work, kids, and responsibilities, you don’t have time to guess which recovery methods actually work.
Progress slows… injuries creep in… and training starts to feel more frustrating than empowering.
Now, as a busy parent with a demanding career, I understand how hard it is to balance life, training, and health.
I’m here to help you move better, recover smarter, and stay ready for the life you’re actually living.
This isn’t another massage.
It’s a strategic, fully customized session, backed by 10+ years of sports medicine techniques.

Dillan is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer with a Master's in Human Performance Nutrition, 10+ years working with collegiate and professional athletes, and thousands of hands-on hours of bodywork. A former 3-sport athlete and collegiate basketball player, he's lived through the injuries he now treats, bulging discs, broken bones, torn ligaments, which is exactly why his approach goes past temporary relief and into finding and fixing the root cause of what's actually holding your body back.

Muscles move the joints and bones, and tight muscles restrict range of motion. That's why personalized bodywork with rehab strength exercises can help your body move with confidence.

If you put a knot in your shoe lace and then pull on it - the knot become tighter. That same concept applies to knots in muscles.

The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease! Without good blood flow, tissue, becomes dehydrated and under nourished. Therefore, it can't recover or grow.

Your nervous system is what creates tension in the body and by changing the fascial tissue we change how your body reacts to physical, chemical and emotional stress!

"As a massage therapist of over 30 years, I highly recommend Dillan."

"Dillan was the best! I injured my hip working out, and was limping for almost a week. Dillan worked on me and now I feel like a million bucks. My hip is 100% back to normal and I was able to go back to work and working out the next day. Highly recommend!!!

"Highly recommended. Professional. Extremely knowledgeable with natural and skillful application. Dillan is helping my body heal and helping me maintain and improve mobility of joints that have undergone stress and damage over the course of many years. I appreciate his suggestions and that he is well respected and connected with other fitness professionals and medical practitioners-it makes for much easier collaboration on an overall proper program for my body’s overall health.

"I’ve been having some pain in my trap for some time now and have been putting it off. I was recommended to check Dillan out by a friend and see what was up and I’m so glad I did. He did some deep tissue work and was able to provide insight on what is happening and how I can be more mindful of my body movement. I’m excited to continue working with him and optimizing my body!

It will always be up to your comfort level. Men — just underwear. Women — underwear and a normal bra with clasps. This allows your provider to work into the mid-back and shoulders without working around bra straps. We'll always cover you properly and keep things professional throughout.
Ninety minutes is our gold standard: a full deep dive that unpacks layers of restriction and creates change that lasts. Sixty minutes is the maintenance sweet spot for ongoing members. Thirty minutes is a targeted tune-up on one specific problem area. Not sure? Start with 90 so we can properly evaluate the whole picture, then maintain from there.
As Certified/Licensed professionals — an Athletic Trainer and a Doctor of Physical Therapy — we're fully equipped to provide a thorough evaluation of any orthopedic injury, and at minimum give you sound, professional advice on next steps. Whether that's recommending imaging or laying out a clear rehab protocol of what to do and what to avoid.
Yes — we'll push you to a certain limit. It's somewhat necessary to create real change in the tissue. Let's be real: a normal feel-good massage gives you that feeling for an hour or two. Our goal is improvement that lasts for days and weeks — each session building on the last.
