Frequently Asked Questions

How much $ per session?

As low as $140/hour. I offer memberships (4, 6, 9 and 13 per month) - sessions can be used for bodywork, as well. Or you pay for your desired day and time (ex. Tuesday and Thursday @10am) on the 1st of every month for that month in advance.

What if I travel a lot or have a crazy schedule?

I work with a ton of busy professionals who travel. Using my Limitless Theory App, you can stick to your workout program on the road and I also allow zoom sessions when traveling. A Flexible Membership would be the best option for you!

What if I have injuries?

As a specialist in sports medicine, injury prevention and rehabilitation, I can work with anybody to help achieve pain-free progress.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, of course! If you're on a membership (7 day notice) or your buying packages monthly (14 day notice).
