Limitless Theory is built for busy parents and professionals who want more than short-term results—they want a better life for themselves and a stronger foundation for their families.
We exist for people who feel the weight of responsibility: careers, families, and the pressure to “do it all,” often at the expense of their own health and clarity. Through education, coaching, and community, we help individuals build self-awareness, discipline, and confidence by taking ownership of their mind, body, and future.
Our approach is intentional and holistic. We believe true health goes beyond workouts and meal plans—it includes how you move, recover, eat, think, and live on a daily basis. When these pieces work together, they create sustainable energy, resilience, and clarity that fit into real life, not extremes.
Limitless Theory is also about leadership within the home. When parents take care of their health, manage stress, and live with purpose, they don’t just improve their own lives—they model habits their children carry forward. We believe health, mindset, and financial awareness are learned behaviors, passed down through example.
The man behind LIMITLESS
Dillan Foss is a Board Certified and Florida Licensed Athletic Trainer with a Masters Degree in Nutrition for Human Performance.
Currently living in sunny South Florida with his wife and 2 kids. He loves the beach, sports and being outside. Learning is like a drug for him and he has a strong desire to actually help people live their best life. The trick is finding a balance, relating to people like you, and holding yourself to a higher standard at the same time.

I grew up in Cranston, Rhode Island as the youngest of 5 children–by 6 years minimum. We never had it all and neither did I (still don’t).
I was never bigger, faster or stronger than children my age but I had a natural gift for sports and concepts at a young age, due to the fact that I was always around my older siblings.
I went on to be a 3 sport athlete in high school playing basketball, baseball, and football but was honestly average at all 3. Regardless, I loved them so I pursued college basketball and played at 2 different Division 3 schools in Massachusetts. I was not recruited by either team, school or coach but I was determined to play, so I tried out and walked-on. I was willing to do whatever it took on and off the court to be a part of the team and something bigger than myself. That meant learning to fix my body, optimize my physical abilities and work harder.
I bridge the gap between physical therapy and functional strength training.
I have a true understanding of the busy parent and working professional lifestyle
I come from a strong background in sports and sports medicine
