Number 1, I start the day with Anti-aging packets from isotonix NutraMetrix.

Number 2, I make Four Sigmatic Coffee.

This is a good one for all the men out there. Testosterone is usually too low as a result of estrogen being too high. So primetime 20 goat week or 20 a week in general specifically, will help reduce the amount of estrogen free floating in your system.

I take first thing in the morning I take turned down to help me go to sleep a high amount of the amino acid l tryptophan if you know you know from Turkey and magnesium, which is great for sleep and recovery and calcium and many other things, including vitamin C that help us go to bed, stay in bed and get a good night’s rest.
