Limitless Fitness is all about a personalized approach to optimizing movement efficiency and relieving chronic pain through exercise and movements that we, as humans, were meant to do daily! FINDING YOUR FIT!

Educating others about these topics individually and in the masses has become my passion and my life, I do what I love for work everyday! MY GOAL IS TO GIVE YOU ACCESS TO THE KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICES THAT PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES GET EVERYDAY TO KEEP THEM PERFORMING AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME.

  • $50 per half hour

Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Manipulation

  • Packages of 5, 10, and 20 available
  • Graston, cupping, and hands-on work
  • Localized Therapeutic Work -- Total body integration
  • $100 per hour session
  • $125 per 90 minute

As a 3 sport high school athlete and collegiate basketball player that is now licensed and certified as an Athletic Trainer and NSCA Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training I have been fortunate to learn a boatload about the connection between the human body and our movement lifestyle.
