Hey what’s up y’all DFOSS here to share with you my favorite moves to do with the rope other than just falling with it. So this first one I’m outside at the park using it like a classic suspension trainer for back rows. Here im at the awesome bodywork therapeutics in Boca Raton, doing a shoulder dislocator working on my reverse sneak.
And then here I’m back at the park doing a face pull. So instead of pulling the cable or resistance toward me, I’m pulling myself towards the rope. and then I’m putting that back shoulder dislocator to work with my reverse sneak locomotively. And here I have my amazing overhead tricep extension. This is my favorite exercise. And then I’m getting into the matador wheel. One of my favorites once again, one step forward, one step back.
And then I’m doing some classic pull ups to add the rope in because pull ups never fail. And here I’m doing my locomotive dragon roll. I love to locomotive moves with the rope, get my flow and apply it. so versatile.
