As a 3 sport high school athlete and collegiate basketball player that is now licensed and certified as an Athletic Trainer and NSCA Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training I have been fortunate to learn a boatload about the connection between the human body and our movement lifestyle.
