If there is no label, it’s probably a good choice if there’s a label with a bunch of things that sound scientific but that you can’t say. probably not a good choice. and specifically with chips, look out for canola oil, sunflower and/or safflower oil, palm oil, those things that we don’t want those oils to turn into fat, fat, or the actual membranes of ourselves, so look out for these ships, olive oil, and potato chips, There are only three ingredients right here: potatoes, olive oil, and sea salt.
